Audit Preparation
GJB & T provides audit preparation and does not sign off financial statements. We are not registered auditors - we assist with the audit process by providing a thorough audit file with all required working papers and findings to a registered auditor. This kind of work is out-sourced to us by registered auditors.
For companies that need to be audited and already have an auditor, we can prepare your accounting records and assist you with the implementation of an enhanced accounting system that makes the independent auditors job much easier, quicker which ultimately saves you time and money.
Financial Statements
Once we have your Trial Balance up to date and accurately representing your financial position, we can draft a set of financial statements. The software we use for this is Caseware. Financial Statements are required when applying for finance in some instances, and for PTY (Ltd)'s to do their statutory returns to SARS.
